This workshop is for teams where there is a gap between what the technical members know and what the broader team can do with AI. The people in the room do not need to be technical — this is designed for customer support, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and any other team that handles repetitive text-based work. The best use cases happen frequently (daily or weekly), involve reading or writing documents or emails, and have a clear pattern to them. If your team has that kind of work and wants to build rather than just learn about AI, this workshop is the right fit.

The day opens with a warmup exercise — no slides — that gets everyone experiencing how AI works at its most fundamental level before we talk about it. Where AI Is At then calibrates the room on what AI actually is: not magic, not a threat, just pattern matching at scale. Build Together is the core session: everyone builds the pre-designed use case step by step in their own Claude workspace, using your real data. By the end of this session, every person has a working AI solution running. The Framework gives the team a mental model — what kinds of tasks are good AI candidates, what data is safe to connect, how to make responsible decisions. Your Ideas closes the day with brainstorming, live triage, and hands-on build time on a quick win the team picks themselves.

A training course teaches concepts. This workshop builds things. The critical rule on the day is: everyone builds at the same time. We do not demo while your team watches. We build, they build — together, step by step. The use case we build is designed before we arrive, using your real data and your real systems. Generic examples are not a teaching tool here. By the end of the day, your team has something that runs when they get back to their desk. That is the difference.

Before the day: a 45-minute discovery call where we get into your business workflows, understand the use case we will pre-build, and identify who on your team we will work with. We then build and test the use case in Claude Co-Work using your real data so it is ready before anyone sits down. After the day: 30 days of support for questions, prompt iteration, connector setup, and review of new use case ideas your team brings forward as they start experimenting.

The workshop is priced from $7,000 + GST for up to 15 participants. That covers the discovery call, pre-building the use case in Claude Co-Work using your real data, the build day itself, and 30 days of post-workshop support including prompt iteration and connector setup.
